Okay, so dumped the idea of getting a PC and instead I got the new intel Mac (Mac Pro) and have it up and running. Bootcamp and Windows installed. AA 2.5 for Windows is installed. FPS has drastically improved, it's like a whole new experience, I love it.

I would like to try 2.7. Does anyone know how I can have both installed on my Windows partition at the same time? I know it's done but I don't know how I tried to change the name of the AA2.5 folder on the Desktop and the system, but that does not work, I still get the message to deinstall the older version of AA before it will finish the install. Thanks for any help.

congrats!

i was under the impression you could have multiple versions of AA, as long as they were named differently.

i'd like to know this as well; i'm itching to try Steamroller!

Private First Class
my setup is like this..

i have a directory called C:/Program Files/2.5
thats where i put version 2.5

C:/Program Files/Americas Army/
is where i have version 2.7

if i remember correctly 2.7 cant be installed in anything but Americas Army Directory. So you have to create a diffrent named directory for 2.5 to install it to.

If your going to need to reinstall version 2.5 to put it somewheres else back up your /System/User.ini so you dont have to redo all your settings.

Hope this helps.
