The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess coming out for Wii and GCN is a video game witha history of adventure, lies, and romance (ok, mabey not the last). It has plot twists, a beginning, and an ending. A story so good it could be made into a movie, but alas! I do not have the things required for a movie, so a thread will have to do. Without further adu, let me take you back to 2004. It is May, 2004 at E3 in California. People are standing in a room in Nintendo's show booth. Suddenly a video starts to play on the screen well the room goes dark. People are wondering what this is. Soon they find a familiar face riding on a horse out of a castle. They realize this is a new Legend of Zelda game. By the end people are laughing, cheering, even crying in joy! And Shigeru Miyamoto appears on stage holding a real replica of the Master Sword and Hyrulian shield. He announces that he and his team are indeed making a new LoZ game for GameCube, but will not announce any more details. Long months go by, but then in August Nintendo releases a new trailer of the new LoZ game. People are amazed. Then May 2005, a whole year has passed with almost no knowledge of the new LoZ game, yet they know at this year's E3, major secrets will be revealed. Again people are in a room with a screen at Nintendo's Booth. And a new trailer of the new LoZ game comes on. But what's that? Link has just turned into a wolf! And some sort of impish creature is riding on him! And then the end of the trailer. "The Legend of Zelda" comes bright out, people think that it has not been named yet and the end of the trailer has come. A light goes from the right side of the name to the other, ultimatly spelling out "Twilight Princess." It has been named. Nintendo announces they will release it Fall 2005 for the GCN. August 2005, Nintendo announces they have to delay Twilight Princess for Spring 2006, many gamers are angered. Spring 2006, yet again Nintendo announces they must delay it till Fall 2006. People are beginning to wonder if Nintendo should just release it on their new console called the "Revolution." Nintendo says "No!" May 2006, Zelda TP again makes an appearence. This year backing off some to let the newly named console Wii take the spotlight. Nintendo announced TP will come out of GCN and Wii. It will be released on the release date of the Wii for both versions. September 14th, 2006. Nintendo announces that Twilight Princess will come out November 19th, 2006 (along with the Wii) for the Wii version. Nintendo delays the GCN version once again till December 11th, 2006.
