Name: Helvuumbar (Limosubos translucens) Height: 20 feet Length: 50 feet Weight: 50 tons Base DNA: Walrus, dugong, African manatee, southern right whale, common clione, Pliosaurus brachydeirus, giraffe, giant squid Abilities: Swimming Weaknesses: Unintelligent, slow, cannot survive on land Defenses: Large size, fairly thick skin and blubber, tusks Special Attributes: None Description: A gigantic clione with a dugong head, large fins, a long tongue, gills and a whale-like tail with a manatee tail fin at the end. The males have short, thick tusks. The flesh on its underside is slightly translucent, and the rest of its body is dark brown with grey blotches and stripes on its fins. LOGI Info: Helvuumbari are gentle, peaceful herbivores that live in warm water, feeding mostly on kelp. They have long tongues and small tentacles on their cheeks which they use to pull food into their mouths. They are often found in family groups, called pods. The males stay at the outside of the pod, using their tusks to defend the more vulnerable females and calves, which lack weaponry of any kind, and can only rely on their size and blubber as a defense. Their size means that they are safe from most small predators, such as Dolfina, Tigertooth Sabrefish and Thaeralgski. However, they are nearly helpless against larger predators such as Deinocetes, Megatooth sharks and Mocha Whales. Helvuumbari breed once every two years, and have a gestation period of about eighteen months. They usually give birth to twins, although triplets or single calves are not uncommon. I realize I'm late to the party since I suspect you've done the same with a number of your other EEC creatures that I've missed before this, but I do see a problem. It's not a problem with the individual creatures, but rather with the implication of the Limosusapiens intelligence and civility in having pets and domesticated creatures. On Genomia there obviously is not such an issue with that, but here it crosses the line.

Alright, I'll remove it from these three, and you can remove it from the three approved ones, if you want. I'll just go and add their information to the Genomia Limosusapien topic. |
