Does that mean when your low nades you can see people in sniper? I dont see the problem..

I can almost guarantee you that's a hardware issue, but most likely its overheating (specifically). You should probably run a benchmarking/overclocking utility or check the temperature of your PC in BIOS if you know how. But if it occurs periodically, a quick restart or the like will most likely fix it.

How do I do any of that?

I always have to restart though, due to games freezing and crashing, and I think it might be related to this. Even if I restart, I'm sure a few hours later it would happen again.

Oh, and I have not overclocked my card at all.

That only happened once when I was 1v1ing munky, and I had to stand around that spot for it to work, otherwise it was just a blue ceiling.

Same thing keeps happening to me! Except for me, my colors become inverted... and whenever I quit out of Halo, my computer freezes. I think it's because of the new nVidia drivers I installed...

obviously the solution would be to uninstall those drivers and install the old ones

It sounds like it could be a heat issue. Make sure the fan on your graphics card is spinning and/or not covered in dust.

If the fan isnt spinning, then you should turn the computer off imediately and get a new fan or heatsink. Let me know the make/model of your graphics card if you are confused as to what fan or heatsink you need. Take a picture if you dont know the model.

If the fan is covered in dust, turn the computer off, and dust it out with somethingk like a small paint brush or your mom's makeup brush :-). Or if you have canned air, you can use that too. Careful not to bump stuff around cause you dont want to make anything get loose.

To monitor you video card's temperature, I use "EVEREST Free Edition 2.20" http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html . I am sure there are more stripped down temperature monitors, but Everest can tell you alot more stuff about your computer like what graphics card, ram, motherboard, cpu you have.

Nah i don't think it is a heat issue. You probably installed the drivers wrong or something. use drivercleaner or something before u install the new drivers and after you uninstall the old ones. otherwise just keep using the old ones. the new nvidia drivers fucked my comp too

ok heres watsup tim

1) qmp is a douchebag

2) your bitmaps are corrupted. they either do what is happening to you, show pixelations on the map, or cause all the colors to warp. they way you fix is is by completely reinstalling halo

O.K. here's two other points:

1. Involving a feeling you have about me within a technical support thread is unwarranted.

2. It's certainly not a "bitmaps" problem. Its either a driver problem as Louie/others suggested, or a problem concerning artifacts/overheating as Psycho, I, m2knon, and others suggested.

Download those - they are modded nvidia drivers - and it looks like they fixed my problem! and make sure you use Driver Cleaner (like Louie suggested) before you install these.
