Posts: 600 Group: Warrior Member #569 Joined: July 7, 2008	So im looking to upgrade my 8600GT 512mb ddrII. The main game i will be playing is halo so im looking for something that will get great fps at a resolution of 1280x1024 my os is windows xp and i dont plan to upgrade to vista.. because it sucks current system is Abit nfm-2s Amd x2 3600 oc'd @ 2.3ghz 1.5gb ddrII ram oc'd 8600GT oc'd 640/1000 380W psu I will be upgrading the rest of my system too, after i get the card.. The main graphics cards im looking to buy are: 8800gt / 3850 / 4850 / 9600GT / 9800GT which do you think is the best one to get and why. theyre all very similiar prices in uk so that wont matter.

I think you should start taking notes, or get on google asap. rofl! i just dont have the time to sit and read reviews for differant parts, i know how vista runs because i build systems daily and i often install vista on some and xp on others, i have built from low end systems to high end systems and used vista on a large amount of them, Vista isnt to my liking. Stupid? rofl. The main reason for this thread was to see what graphics card would be best for me to get for HALO something that google doesnt index much information about because halo is OLD. I think you should re-read the thread. Your the stupid one.
