Bloc (and others), here some of the reasons for the constant no-shows: hardly anyone (over here at least) takes this game seriously enough to practice; people have life to attend to and most players I tried to recruit for a ClanBase team didn't or couldn't commit enough to show up once all together, let alone regularly. In the first match I played last cup, our 4 had never played all together before (bloc, rek, voodoo, myself). You shouldn't throw that in as an easy cop-out without considering the whole picture. For example, you guys had Flare play under my name, without my knowledge, in the very first match of the last tournament. If you want to make the CB cup out to be more than it is, you need to get teams that think and train. Do you think people take HPT, even HPT playoffs very seriously? I wish we would, in the sense of competition and preparation, because it would greatly improve the experience of this game. I don't mean "serious" in the sense of taking oneself too seriously, which I've done.

Well its needs to be played between a certain date , its up to u and your opponent when u want to play. If there is not an agreement before the given date then the match gets forced. Keep track of clanbase cause the rules will be posted soon where this will be explained further.

I think the guy said (and its been mentioned about a 100 times) that last time there was a 4v4 cup and many teams dropped :\so don't even bother to make it a 5v5. Besides the major teams, o` *-O $7, i dont see how many other people will be able to get 5. especially when most teams consist of 4 players.

Naota (and others?) already said---and I agree with them---that many North American teams weren't interested in playing because of the lower team size. All the other US teams could get 5, otherwise how do you think HPTs get played? The (mainly) European teams have plenty of players they can use, don't pretend they're "4 only". Velocity is the only team I can think of that has used the same 4 players with an occasional swap-5th.

Posts: 16 Group: Warrior Member #1,610 Joined: September 7, 2009	Well if there are eu teams who cant get 5 , why should we make the numbers 5v5 and see 4-5 drop for example , veLocity have hard time getting a 4th , Unlimited style only 4 on roster , Pressure Zone , born 2 clip , The Black Riders , and there are also some teams who have roster of 8-9 people on it but half dont play. So its 4v4 which is fun aswell , its only harder to without that extra player.

I joined rG! which is a UK clan but myself and prime are both north americans. It just depends on if they're willing to make an exception AND if you are decent with larger pings than usual. So Go Wild :)
