I seem to be getting severe fps drops on my laptop in general, I don't know whether it is an issue with the laptop itself or a program on it, so I'm uninstalling all the programs I do not use b/c it is getting very bad, I get like 50 fps in halo regular, but when it starts doing it it goes down to like 10-20, also if I am on a browser or video site like you tube it will show videos as being very choppy until my fps comes back. Does anyone know what I should do to fix this? I'm getting a net book soon, but that's just for school purposes, but I'd really like to fix up my laptop before its on its last legs. Thanks, in advance. Updated: okay so I removed all the programs that I wasn't using and unscrewed the lids covering my GPU, and other stuff. seems to have sort of worked, but I won't know for sure. Like I said before plz don't be shy if you know something I could do about this short from buying a new laptop xD Edited by Luffy, Sep 23 2009, 12:16 AM.
