I have a kankle, but I think its spelled "cankle" but anyway its when your calf muscles are so huge that they extend down almost to your ankles
a cankle is when theres no thinning of the leg between the calf and the ankle, which creates a sense of fusion between the two

You're just jealous you don't have them, and I'm not close to being fat. I see kankles ina lot of thin athletes, its called working out the calves which I don't think you do at all. I work out my calves because it helps with decelerating and accelerating again in soccer, it adds extra inches into your strides while sprinting for track, and i don't want to look like those unproportional athletes who are ripped/buffed as fuck but have twig legs(top heavy fags).
