Deleted User	i'll def be outtie5000 as soon as i finish school xD but i'd like to say i met a bunch of people over the years in halo that i'd consider to be real friends. it's cool really 'knowing' people literally across the country/world and the small halo community allowed for that tbh. mb in the future these relationships will be awesome opportunities to network and halp eachother out. it's neat to look at people like elmnator and freelancer(CE guys know who i'm talking about) though.. successful older people in their 30s-40s+ with full time jobs, families, lives etc. but still have the luxury of playing some games every now and then and posting on boards. i doubt i'll have that kind of the time when i'm their age but it's interesting how there's so many normal, functional, and successful older people who make time for video games.

Five years ago when I was starting my Senior year of high school I thought about my future 4 or 5 years down the road. It seemed so far off, but here I am five years later just having turned 22. Time goes by WAY too fast. The next five years for me is going to a be lot more unpredictable than the last five. In the next five, I will have finished college, will begin a professional career in the political realm, will likely be involved in a serious relationship- maybe marriage and maybe children. That's almost unfathomable to me right now, but it all could very well happen in the next five years. As of right now though, I am focusing on completing and doing well in college, but I am also trying to enjoy these last youthful years. I am also going to enjoy the hell out gaming for the next year and a half before I graduate. When else will I get to play video games and have fun like this in my later life? I don't think I will have the opportunity to do something like this ever again when I get older. I plan on staying in touch with people from Halo and I have had an incredible time playing Halo and being a part of the community for so long.

I would buy the rights to own and edit the original Halo PC/MAC game. It would be worth as much as Microsoft makes money off of it; which is nothing...so I don't think they'll care. And I know for a fact they'd love to speak with me, considering I would have something they would be very interested in. However, it's mine and I'm going to make it myself.
