select clans would have to alias with other clans. (mergers xD) once people can come online knowing they can get a match when they're on then people will become more active, even if it's just a little bit more active. Once people play with each other and build relationships they might wanna create a 3rd clan because they have enough active members. Then hope the process continues until more and more clans get "remade". although it does sound like a long shot, it's the only way i can see hpt gaining active players/clans rather than losing em'. Lets get halocaust in full effect.

i never get to hpt anymore because none of my people play anymore. i only have time to play like twice a week so having a team i can come play with would be nice. i like the idea but i dont know how you expect to break up some of these halo groups. |

the answer i have to people not being with their "friends" on halo is there could be trades and such we would make our best effort to try to put people together who like each other, but if someone really has a strong dilemma with another person or really really wants another person on a team, they could talk to the leader and see if there could be a trade that could be done with the trading thing there would have to be a limit on how many trades per month, like 1 or 2 one of the biggest things about this idea is that we WANT people to get involved with other people, if youre not on a team with your same e-buddy you 2v2 with every single time, whatever, go 2v2 with the other 30+ people you have on your roster, shit maybe youll find a new e-buddy remember we arent taking away scrims and such from you guys lol |

Answer to all your problems= Give points for playing matches not just for winning. This will give an incentive to playing more matches and take away the need to only play with trusted good people to win points. YEA? |

I think it's a bad idea. You make two teams, and only the same 3/4/5 people are going to get to play in the matches. Players who aren't as good will get neglected and won't get to play at all. And they have no option or any place to go. |

I like the idea but to avoid conflict I'd say have players choose 2 or 3 people that they'd like to be on a team with. Lets say we have 10 groups of 3 people, the admins can then decide where to place each group either on team 1 or 2. That way players can integrate themselves with others and at the same time still being able to play with the people they like the most. For those that dont get it. Let's say I wanna be on a team with baddy and teflon. I would give our group member names to an admin. Badger does the same and he picks kotsy and crossfire to play with him. Each group of people will do the same and then admins will decide where to place each group. The leftover players can be claimed by any team but still keeping a fair balance. Let the admins monitor this. Just throwing something out there. |

sorry i quoted your post already and said something back but your post is really frustrating why are you even an admin on this site if you dont care about what this forums point actually is? just so you can post your pictures and say "EL OH EL LOOK AT MY RETARDED PICTURES I POST DEY SO FUNNY"? really, obviously this league is dead right now, no shit buddy. if you dont want to do any work, give me some sort of moderator or admin and ill do all of this shit myself if people actually agree that THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THAT HPT WILL EVER BE ACTIVE EVER AGAIN. i mean if you all want to actually just keep scrimming and playing with ur buddies in ur vents and what not and jerkin off to each others voices, whatever have a blast, but i mean some people actually enjoy/ed playing this game when it was active, and some people would like it to be active again. this whole idea is for other people to meet other people, while at the same time have competitive games going AND helping the less experienced players get better, therefore making them more confident and eventually, if this league got active enough, lead to making more teams. your guys' decision. |
