Probably? He's the fastest player in the league with westbrook not too far behind him. Rose is also the best finisher in the paint. Even better than lebron imo. |

d-rose and d-will are totally different point guards tbh. most complete point guard in the nba today is chris paul no question. |

derrick rose is bigger, faster, and stronger than chris paul. sorry but derrick rose is a better PG than chris paul. if thats what you mean by "complete" Edited by grinch, Mar 1 2012, 11:30 PM.

no way rose is better than cp3. i still think Deron is better then rose.. Only if Deron didn't have a shit ass team, he'd shine more. but cp3 > all Edited by Rhymes, Mar 1 2012, 11:43 PM.

both rose and cp3 could go for 30+ points on any given night, rose may be bigger and quicker but paul can score and still set up his teammates for plays. remember round 1 of the playoffs when cp3 had 33 points and 14 assists? i've seen derrick rose get 40 but he wouldn't have more than 5 or 6 assists at most. give me the point guard who can still score, set up teammates better, and play better defense. |

in terms of a point guard who can lead by assists, nash is still the best point guard in that category |

Yes that is true. but he is also 38, hes on his last run's. He can't really keep up with the younger PG's athletic wise now a days Edited by Rhymes, Mar 2 2012, 11:30 AM.

i said this....the point guard is the man whos supposed to set up/run the play at hand. they were never supposed to be the go to guy or main scorer on a team. but that has changed in the last decade. |

nash is a great offensive point guard but a defensive liability. considering what we would have to give up to get him (unless he signs with a veterans minimum or w/e) it's not worth a 38 year old point guard. |

PG defense is largely useless. Nash's contributions to Mike Brown's offense would far outweigh any defensive liabilities he brings. I'm pretty sure Nash would be an upgrade on the defensive end at the 1 anyway. |

LOL 57 POINTS holy shit. against the worst team in the league but still, any time deron williams carries the likes of his teammates to a victory over anybody its impressive |

That's so sad though. How do you drop a 57 and only win 104-101.. -___- DWIGHT HOWARD TO THE NETS He got more than half of his team points combined |

cause his team sucks, if Deron don't put up 57. The nets would have most likely lost and Rondo showed Lin who da boss is, just beast'd today |
