lol come back like what? 11 points on 9 shots? and he's getting you 3.5 rebounds too? holy shit we better sign this guy for 36/4. your homerism for Jeff Green is god damn baffling. he hasn't added a damn thing since coming into the league and while he's good at blending in terms of usage and skills, that's about all your getting from him. he's consistently been below average in PER his entire career. the guy just isn't a good NBA player, especially not one worth that contract. David Falk should be getting a huge cut out of that contract, because Green's production surely doesn't match it. |

Everyone's ballin on the Pacers right now. Blew the same team out on the third night of a b2b2b a little over a month ago. Fortunately the Knicks are getting hammered and Brooklyn is about to go out on the road for 8 games. OT: Hawes might be one of the ugliest white dudes in the NBA tho with his current set of sideburns lmao. |

J. Green F 40:07 14-21 5-7 10-13 +3 1 6 7 2 2 2 2 4 3 43 pts![]() From this day forward anyone who claims Jeff Green is a horrendous player can refer to this game. Love this team to death. Even without the heart of their team they went out and played their asses off. Poor rotations and lack of execution at the end of the game were the difference tonight. It's going to go down when we play the heat in the playoffs though. Celtics in 7. You heard it here first. ![]() P.S.- I'm still going to cry myself to sleep tonight. There is nothing worse on this planet then the celtics losing to the miami heat. Fact. Edited by Trapt, Mar 18 2013, 11:26 PM.

If only the Heat had an actual interior presence on defense on any of his drives, some of those finger rolls would have gotten redirected. Credit to him though because he got all of his points within the flow of the offense. His team mates just didnt step up. I liked the decision to go to him at the end, Battier just made a good play. Should have tried it again instead of a Pierce fadeaway 3 but whatever. Hats off to him though for a great game when his team needed it. Chris Mullin said that Bradley's offensive game is underrated, I'm not sure what he's smoking. And no, the real differences were LeBron James and the Heat just being flat out the best team in the league atm. Outside of maybe OKC if Durant or Westbrook gets hot, no team can erase leads as quickly as Miami and they do it with multiple guys. Guys like Chalmers kept the Heat in it with timely shots, Wade and Bosh chip in, and then LeBron goes off in the 4th. I'd bet he also guards Jeff Green if they play in the playoffs. I think its a waste putting him on Pierce when Pierce still hits tough shots at the same percentage that he hits uncontested shots it seems lol. If you're getting beat off the dribble by Green consistently like tonight, you've got problems. If you're looking for a reason that the Celtics lost that they could actually control: rebounding, specifically offensive. Pierce was the leading rebounder with 8 and Miami is one of the worst, if not the worst, rebounding teams in the league. If the Celtics clean the glass, probably a win. OT: Tom Thibodeau and lots of Bulls fans need to learn the rules. |
