Thompson has really taken his game to the next level. Everyone knew he could always shoot but he has taken great strides in improving his defense and also getting stronger which has enabled him to finish at the basket. I would say in the next year or two he will be considered the best shooting guard in the NBA. You could probably make the argument that he is already but it's obvious he's in the conversation with Harden, Wade, and Kobe. PS- I hope you enjoyed watching the celtics shit their pants in that 4th quarter. almost 30 turnovers in the game...are you kidding me? Lowry did a great job taking advantage of Bradley's early foul trouble and destroying our bench. I have no idea why coach Stevens was trying to put Turner on him...It's clear Lowry is the engine that makes that Toronto team run though. As much as Derozan has improved Lowry is easily the teams most important player. One of the most underrated players in the league. Edited by Trapt, Nov 6 2014, 11:09 AM.

lol i wouldnt go that far with thompson, yea hes good but not harden kobe and wade level yet, give him more time... i know for a fact klay thompson was surrounded with lots of good palyers and he prolly got alot of good advice on how to improve his game, if u notice alot of mediocre and underrated players have significantly gotten better after their experience with the TEAM USA ball team. about last nights game yea lowry is the nigga, like that steal was so fucking clutch, and not to get a reach in call on it? dayum... and derozans dunk&1, lol.... gg's was a more exciting game to watch than the one with okc to be honest |

i absolutely would. note how he's the ONLY top shooting guard who is a lockdown defender (lance stephenson fans...cmon, he aint there yet) while the others are merely scorers who may have played defense when they were younger. |

Eh Dunk was alright lol. Kelly Olynyk is the softest mother fucker in the NBA. Anyone can dunk on that guy. KO needs to go is my new slogan. Dude is weak. As for Lowry's steal..well I think that was more of a rookie mistake by Smart than anything. He left the ball out there for Lowry to take. I blame coach stevens for not drawing up a better play. I don't know why saying Thompson is one of the elite shooting guards in the league now is so far fetched. Just look at the stats. He shoots at a much higher shooting percentage (54%) than Kobe (40%), Wade (47%), and Harden (39%). (Granted he's probably not chucking up as many shots). He is clearly the best three point shooter out of the bunch and it's not even close. Defensively, I think Klay's youth and quickness allows him to be a better on ball defender than both wade and kobe at this point in their careers. And we all know how great of a defender harden is (not). The only part where Kobe, Wade, and Harden probably have Klay beat out is 1. their experience and 2. their ability to handle the ball, isolate, and create separation between their defender. This obviously allows them to make more plays for both themselves and other players. Right now Klay is primarily doing his damage off the ball. In a few years though I think you will see him improve this and finally be able to become that guy you can go to at the end of games, isolate him at the top of the key, and let him take over. From a player efficiency point of view though Klay is your man. Edited by Trapt, Nov 6 2014, 11:58 AM.
