BigBird desperate nerds wanted to play halo aka masood yeah, me and 11 other teams of 5 (60 people total since I know basic mathematics is still a difficult concept to you, i'll be doing you this courtesy throughout my post so you don't over exert yourself) were desperate nerds that wanted to play halo. we paid to play because it would have been an opportunity for true competition and a chance to make a little bit of money (3$/person entry -> 36$/person payout) for playing a game we all loved. we all trusted bobby because we had been playing with him for years, no one could have predicted he was going to scam us. i'm sorry you're awful at halo and weren't/aren't on a level to compete or to even understand the thrill of true competition. besides, what's 15$? if spending money to play a game you enjoy is your definition of being a desperate nerd, here's a comparative example that you'll probably understand: cost of pay to play tournament per person: 3$ cost you spent playing wow for 2+ years: (24 months15$/month = $360 in monthly blizzard costs, plus the cost of the game and expansions which I'm going to estimate is around $90 since you bought cataclysm brand new, $360+$90=) $450 yfw you realized that you're actually 150 times (450/3) the "desperate nerd" that we were: you should have put that money towards a tutor or reconstructive eye surgery xÐ LOL
