I've been trying this for 4 years. I think i scrimmed with you and crossfire once, or it might have been louie. or maybe louie was TKing you during the scrim. Point is, one time is not really very much and that's sad. Halo does not support the level of subtle difficulty and esoteric knowledge that makes life what it is. I say international friendship and internet based entertainment should be just ahead of team gaming in this realm. Let go of HPT, and join us in vent. okay so by this logic halo has come to two extremes my idea ---> gives both sides what they want tournaments --> with money, keeps a competitive aspect to halo which keeps the good players interested in the games, and turns hpts into more practice games, which allows the noobs to play with better players and get better, and possibly get involved in tournament games. the tournament games would probably happen every couple months and the prize pool would hopefully get higher over time your idea ---> gives one side what they want invents --> dont really see an upside to them other than it would unite everyone together, the good players would be uninterested and would just stop playing because they dont want to noobstomp constantly i really honestly try to look at the upsides to both sides of the extremes and i really cant find too many upsides to the invent way of halo
