tough loss...sad to see this era of celtics basketball come to an end but excited to begin rebuilding for the future. there a lot of what ifs that come to mind regarding this series but i'm not going to resort to those excuses. It was a great series and I hope that lebron james and his team of butt buddies get smacked in the ass by okc. #celticpride #kendrickperkins
good season for the old guys tho yo

here's to hoping for a future where we see another celtics/lakers showdown in the finals

I hope okc wrecks miami, and honestly I think they will. They matured so much in their game against San Anton

Watching OKC in the finals is almost unbearable for Seattle fans. I quit watching the NBA for 2 years after the Sonics left, but became interested again when Lebron joined Miami. God I hope Lebron shits on them so hard.

If Spo was smart he'd continue to bring Bosh off the bench for a variety of reasons. Although the main reason is to limit his minutes to avoid the possibility of him re-injuring himself, I think the Heat as a whole are better with Bosh off the bench. The offense from their bench is crap, and Bosh has proven he's a great scorer when he's the go-to guy (in Toronto). Adding him into the mix with Lebron/Wade just complicates things and makes them less efficient. Spo would be smart to bring him off the bench in the same way OKC brings Harden and SA brings Ginobili. In my view, the 6th man is a position like any other. He wouldn't receive less minutes than Wade or James, or be deemed an inferior player to whoever started as center.

LeBron has more trouble when Durant is on the court than vice versa.

I'm so excited for this series.

Not exactly true. When LeBron guards KD and bodies him up, thats when KD struggles (see the game @MIA earlier this season). The other way around, when its single coverage, KD gets eaten alive by LeBron's strength. Obviously OKC won't have KD guard LeBron the whole time because he would get in foul trouble and/or extremely tired and be nearly useless on offense. If LeBron has a lot of trouble when Durant is on the floor, it is because they will be double/triple teaming him or attempting to funnel him into Ibaka or Perkins, not simply because Durant is out there. LeBron also will guard more people than just Durant so I'm not seeing the significance of your statement.

How would stats prove otherwise? Read the last couple sentences of my post. Not sure where you're going here. The Heat have to focus on Westbrook, Harden, and crew as well as Durant where the Thunder really only have to stop LeBron because Wade has been awful and none of their other players will consistently hit shots. Save your friend the time, posting stats won't do anything here.
