It won't happen. I'd love to get DWill but it's either Dallas or Brooklyn for him. I'll take resigning Hibbert and Hill while letting Paul George grow into his role as the go-to guy on this team. Probably look at adding a 4 (either draft or trade) because West will likely not be back past next year and if he is, it will be in a diminished role and Hansbrough will never be a quality starting 4 in this league. |

He was in probably the worst situation possible for a HC. It's common knowledge that if the team wins it is because of the players and if they lose, it's the coach's fault. Spoelstra was put in the worst possible example of that scenario, especially because the team lost its only inside presence in Bosh and has still been missing a couple other key pieces. (Ironically, they are the 1 and the 5, the only spots not covered by a max superstar) If they even had a stopgap center, they would be fine. |

i didn't expect to get to the finals this year. next year we will be able to have an offseason and training camp under mike brown's system, and ramon sessions and further integrate with the team. hopefully we can fix our bench and upgrade the 3 by amnestying artest |

you could make an argument that OKC could've won 3 games against the Mavs last year, but we got swept. i can play that game all day. |

every team gets an off season to integrate players more effectively. what you just said makes utterly zero difference, except that kobe will now be 1 year older. |

well brown's strategy has always been to put the ball in the hands of his superstar and let them roll. i don't see how another year will change anything lol. |

Yeah I'm not too excited about having to wait another year for kobe's body to break down even further. Need to trade for a decent PG or somehow snag Dwight Edited by Erosion, May 20 2012, 06:04 PM.

They would have been filthy with cp3. Anyway, I love the way Miami's offense runs when Mario has the ball. Last year they were so stagnant, with either James or Wade hogging the ball in one on ones. Lebron can steam roll people if he is allowed to play off the ball and stack the rebounds on missed shots (What a theory! Lebron actually playing his position!). That's what Miami needs, more so than a 6'9'' SF playing point, making Mario ultimately useless on the glass. They're also dirty on the fast break, allowing for easy points. The Lakers will never make it past OKC if they don't pick up some quickness. They rely way too much on the half court game. |
