It was closer than people may think and only showed that Pacman would get rocked by Mayweather. He had trouble chasing down Bradley who is not nearly as quick as Floyd. edit; And now Pacquiao fans know how JMM feels after he got royally screwed in their last fight. You can't have it both ways. I've seen retarded posts on facebook and stuff crying "BRADLEY ONLY WON ONE ROUND!!" It was closer than that for sure, idk 7-5? Need to watch it again though. Maybe Arum wants to pass the cash cow title on from Manny to the likable ( as portrayed in 24/7), young, undefeated Bradley and get the money rolling in. Do any of you buy into the whole "Arum is setting up big money fights for himself". Really interesting how this sets up future fights tbh. Manny - Bradley 2 for sure Mayweather - Alvarez? (BIIIIGGGG money here ) Khan - has no one to face if he comes up? Ortiz maybe :s What does Marquez do ? His 4th with Manny is off. How does Cotto come into all of this? Cotto - Alvarez would be amazing. Also, now Manny knows how Marquez feels... and Roach will just shut the fuck up ( can't wait to hear his excuses ). edit: Malinaggi is a champion atm.. but he's meh. Don't know who wants him.. Edited by Nasser, Jun 10 2012, 01:34 AM.

LMAO 190 vs 108, didn't think it would be that big a diff. Putting the loss aside, Manny looked pretty poor in this fight tbh, expected better. Mayweather would tear these two apart. |

Posting those isn't completely accurate. It was commonly agreed upon that Bradley won the first 3 rounds and came on strong in the last 2. Couple those with the rounds towards the middle (like 6,7,8ish) where he was in control for the first 2 to 2 1/2 minutes before Pacquiao went on a little spree, and its not hard to see where a judge could have given a couple of those rounds to Bradley. Pacquiao killed him in rounds like the 4th and 5th, which is where he got most of those landed punches and he was credited by winning those rounds. Each fighter had a lot of punches that were not even close to damaging shots i.e. Bradley's shots to Pacquiao's arms and Pacquiao's weak punches to Bradley's abs/sides/back of the head when they were tied up. It's funny to imagine if Floyd had been in this match instead of Pacquiao and had the same thing happen to him. Would all of the Pacquiao fans be clamoring about the judging or would they be talking about how Bradley beat Floyd? Hypocrites. |
