lol the spurs played a garbage no chemistry no kobe team, steph curry looks really good and golden state could easily beat the spurs in 6 if they play consistently |

not sure if david lee is able to play now or he was just pulling a willis reed but if he's able to start and play golden state has a serious shot at beating san antonio. if not, i don't think curry can carry them alone, but crazier things have happened and if golden state gets consistently hot from outside they can beat anybody. |

So were all just gonna act like the spurs don't have a shot at the title? Golden State? The same team that struggled to beat a shitty Nuggets team? The same team crying like little bitches cuz nuggets were too physical? |

DOES YOUR TEAM HAVE A SHOT AT THE NBA TITLE? =================================== 1) Is your team from Miami? 2) Is your team called the Heat? IF EITHER ANSWER IS NO: PERCENT CHANCE ======> 0% IF BOTH ANSWERS ARE YES: PERCENT CHANCE ======> 100% |

lol carmelo and jr smith played terrible today and you guys won by what 8? Next game if they do play how they were playing, you're probably not going to win. Edited by HPT-60053, May 5 2013, 06:09 PM.

Classic baiting post but here you go. Because the Pacers defense had little to nothing to do with Melo and JR Smith shooting poorly obviously (Nevermind the horrid season shooting percentages that both of these guys have anyways, 44 and 42 respectively). Someone hasn't watched any Knicks-Pacers this year because the Knicks shot BETTER in this game than they have ALL YEAR against the Pacers (They averaged roughly 37 percent against the P's this year). It's not like they were missing open and uncontested looks/layups. Every shot was heavily contested or blocked for the most part. It was only when the referees tightened up and put them in the bonus early in the 4th that the game got close. The Pacers eventually settled down and closed the game out while the Knicks spent the whole game whining about officiating. (Felton runs straight into PG when going for a steal and then runs half way down the court in "disbelief") The officiating was questionable both ways but the Knicks really have no room to complain in that dept. I wasn't at all surprised when Melo stayed in the last 10 minutes with 5 fouls because he probably would have had to do something that would warrant a criminal charge being filed against him to get called for number 6 lol. And George Hill and Paul George aren't going to miss that many wide open looks again either and Sam Young isn't going to enter the game and single handedly send the Knicks on an 11-0 run with turnovers/dumb fouls/poor defense. We can play this game all day. Both teams have plenty of areas for improvement. But please, act like everything went the Pacers way and that this performance from the Knicks was simply an outlier and the Pacers had nothing to do with it. It's going to be a good series. Regardless of HCA, each team will have a legitimate chance to win every game. Looking forward to Chicago-Miami tomorrow |
