Also, I tested my pause benches - totally off, lol


Will probably max at 265-275
thats really good. i won state in my class at 148s.... 305 bench, 385 deadlift, and a measly 285 squat (back problems, currently undergoing treatment for atrophied interior muscles leading to back problems) is what i remember doing. but bench and deadlift together did enough for me.


but really youre on a good track. given youre not pumping your body full of bad shit. hopefully its mostly good diet and protein shake type stuff... how trim are you?
I'm prob at 15% BF ATM, which isn't bad.

I track my macronutrients/micro.

The reason my bench is so low is because all I do is squat, lol.

I usually follow "IIFYM" (if it fits your macros). But I try to stay clean on that

Eggs, steak, potatoes, rice, skinnycows (ogawddddddddd hnnnnnng), walden farms (lots of it), and sugar alcohol farts. Ton of other randoom food but shit I pretty much can eat whatever I want. ^ those are majority.


Supplement stack: Creatine, MuscleMilk (4lbs for 29$ at Costco... cheap as fuark), glutamine when i'm in the intense phase of smolov, anddddddd multivites/minerals.

sometimes BCAAs when I have money to spare



and 15% to 4% in 1 month clapclap

you said it's not bad, then you said you track your shit. It's bad if your track your shit. my friend has like 8% w/o tracking his macros. But anyways, best of luck at the event! Take pics/post if you have time. and since when have u been lifting? If i had to guess, I'd say since u were like 14 or 15?

I've only cut to around 8-9% BF, I HAD to track or it wouldn't of went as smooth

i knew a guy with 1% body fat. some states test kikds urine to make sure theyre not cutting too much weight / hydrated enough

he was a HEALTHY 1% body fat.

im somewhere around 10 percent right now and thats because i sit around and drink beer

blade you can post screenshots of you beating people like louie in 1v1s as much as you want (seriosly with your sound, set up, and stopwatch you shouldnt lose a 1v1) but it doesnt change the fact that he is 20x the player you are.
