4% body fat? da fuck
i knew a guy with 1% body fat. some states test kikds urine to make sure theyre not cutting too much weight / hydrated enough

he was a HEALTHY 1% body fat.

im somewhere around 10 percent right now and thats because i sit around and drink beer
sitting around and drinking beer will never put you at 10%.

in b4 4% body fat during active days
if you drink a lot 1-2 days a week and get good workouts in the other days i think it can be done. obviously not the ideal scenario though. i'll have to ask my friend next time i see him he'd be the person i'm referencing

blade you can post screenshots of you beating people like louie in 1v1s as much as you want (seriosly with your sound, set up, and stopwatch you shouldnt lose a 1v1) but it doesnt change the fact that he is 20x the player you are.

Chalupa, do some basic research before you start posting lol.

Essential body fat is 2-5%. 5-~10% is what most athletes are in. When you get over 15%, you go from being fit to being average.

how about you stop talking here because 1) you werent fucking there so you never knew this guy and 2) nobody fucking asked you

i dont have to do any research to reaffirm something ive already seen with my own eyes. you guys are all clinically retarded.

also having a six pack puts you somewhere around ten percent body fat.

if you really did say he was 1% bodyfat, it was most likely used on a +/- 5 scale, which means he could have had 6%, more believable, but counted as 1%

"a HEALTHY 1%"is what I'm going off of. None of us know this guy. For all we know, he's actually at 25%+ body fat and weighs 325lbs, if he even exists.

Below 3% IS NOT HEALTHY. You're extremely susceptible to illnesses, chronic fatigue and nutritional deficiencies. There is no "MEDICAL MIRACLE" in this case. It is clinically impossible to be healthy or have a complete social, physical, and mental well-being for an extended period of time if you have < 3% body fat much less 1% lol. The only guys that get close to 3% are bodybuilders who do that for shows and then instantly put the fat back on afterwards because it is risky to maintain that level for an extended period.

ok here you are completely right, HOWEVER

in colorado they made a law for high school wrestling where you needed to have a minimum of 4% fat to be eligible to compete for the year. we had a guy test at 1% nobody could believe it so they sent him to a physician who determined he was healthy enough to participate.

and yes ive seen powerlifters and wrestlers alike trim down not only on fat but on dehydrating their bodies as much as they can then after weighing in they drink like 8 bottles of water and swell back up literally. i knew a guy who was able to get down 4 pounds doing that (he was a 112 pound 18 year old benching 240+). a real one of a kind. but you could see how badly losing weight affected his performance. its a double edged sword cutting weight only works to a point before it starts fucking your strength. either way drop some pounds enzo u fat ur not off the hook ;)

im a little amused how hard people try to challenge the validity of the things i say

I'm a little amused that you believe he was actually 1% body fat after being tested, sent to a physician, RE-TESTED, and was deemed safe to play. Doesn't that coincide with the minimum % body fat requirement? So wouldn't this mean he was actually over 4%?

Pics or didn't happen. Vish's post about the brain & others "healthy" body fat percentage levels just validate the whole situation that he was 1% body fat. But then again, YOU SAW HIM WE DIDN'T OMG WE'RE IDIOTS FOR STATING THE FACTS & DISPROVING YOUR IDIOCY JAHUEHUEHUEhueHEuhEuhEUehue

1% body fat LOL

an average brain accounts for ~1% of your body fat, but probably even more..
there's a particular disease that disables a person from creating adipose tissue (muscle) and fat.
There's a woman I read about Lizzie Velasquez that has zero percent body fat that has this rare condition.

Why is everyone talking like they actually work out though lol few years ago where were you guys.
I feel like I'm the only one who actually posts pictures, everyone else just pretends to workout. Spent 2 weeks at the gym with their gym rat friend from high school and now they're all fitness guru's

ya i've heard about her. she weighs around 65 pounds and is still functional, but her rare condition gives her thousands of unhealthy side affects. chalupa said 1% healthy body fat lol.

what do you mean where were some guys few years ago? if the last comment was meant for me, then i simply have to say that i dont feel inclined to prove to anyone on these forums that i workout. i could careless if you posted a shirtless picture or whatever you have up on this site. a video would be far more better. as for the other comment: i dont think you need a bodybuilder to point out idiotic statements made by chalupa.

Where were you when Icyhot was posting pictures of him in the gym? He could have used some backup back in the day lol.

It's a gaming forum. People don't care to post their or other people's regimens/pictures for the most part. If they wanted to, they would join a different forum probably.

And I'm pretty sure a majority of people start going to the gym daily starting in college. The minority groups in this case are people who just flat out don't workout or athletes that actively trained in high school. Considering the average age on this forum, I think that's why "everyone" wasn't here a few years ago. I didn't start working out on my own every day until I got to college and plenty of my friends from school did the same.
