blade you can post screenshots of you beating people like louie in 1v1s as much as you want (seriosly with your sound, set up, and stopwatch you shouldnt lose a 1v1) but it doesnt change the fact that he is 20x the player you are.

half squat lol no, I had no spotter/belt and didnt want to fail so I tried just going parallel at most

me all you really need. Never benched in the first 3 years I worked out. My chest workouts would be like 1k-2k pushups a day, never counted would just do a shit ton of sets for 2 hours(when I was younger, a lot longer) and senior year I was repping more than practically the whole football team. My schools team sucked and I don't think anyone else was able to rep 300. I should try seeing what I can rep now now that it's been 2 and half years. But I mostly do calisthenic workouts (you should always build with leaner mass, it just looks better and its more power per pound, but don't be surprised if people think you're a lot weaker than you actually are) I might make a video this time around for vish lol, I don't even have a gym membership anymore :frog: .

Tangent:
I hate the gym culture but I need some work with weights, so I'm moving into a smaller gym so I don't have to run into niggas (and past high school friends) that thinks it's social hour or some shit. No I don't care about your life, your family, what products you take, how long you've been working out, your numbers, your major, how many times you've gotten drunk, your ex girlfriends, that crazy party that happened forever ago that you pretend that everyone should have known about, nothing. People feel like their some celebrity or some shit taking after Mike the Situation that still goes to my old gym. I think he started it, ohh let me just talk to the homies for 2 hours and get in a five minute workout kpz. When I wanted to go to the gym in the evening I seriously had to put some thought, I didn't care about the workout I just didn't want to run into the regulars at my gym.

That's pretty much what I do consistently as far as upper body goes. I only go to the gym for the basic leg exercises. Any1 here doing the really really crazy bodyweight shits? like in those videos lol
