Personality conflicts and gameplay limitations makes 3 official HPT teams more feasible and potentially active, than 2.	6 (75%)

I understand thier frustration, but many so-called subs will play. What HPT has tried to do the past 6 years is obviously quite difficult, but Halo PC is a unique and beautiful game, even while newer games have advantages. What i suggest to those interested in competitive halo pc, may seem counter intuitive. If it is championed by ø` and others, it will finally succeed and grow, I think a realistic expectation of sustainable gaming, is 1 or 2 nights per week, 3 hours max. So, all known players, over time, may contribute to 2 or 3 semi-permanent teams. Our 2 or 3 teams then, will have evolving captains and evolving team names, decided by them. With two teams, teams will get stacked. I have played for literally every team. Not sure how that is fine. Might as well have invents all the time then because that is what's really going on.

What we need now is about 6 Vice Presidents of Halo Operations - Teams Captains to sort the official teams, set the team names and trading, cheating policies before Dec 1.

If competitive Halo PC were organized, it would need team captains. did you read? From a needs perspective, halo players need to know when match time is and who to kill. I think if everyone is on an official roster, they will have more of an opportunity to contribute with the currently active players. It give people something to come back to, even 1 hour per week.
