I don't know why I'm posting this other than the fact I might feel better.

Okay, my uncle died Monday morning.
(Quick flash back.)
"Miranda get up, were takeing Uncle to the hospital hes very sick." Mom said to me as I was wakeing up.

I got up and saw my Uncle siting in the chair, Mom was right he wasn't to good.
I walked past him quickly and they took him to the hospital, but apperntly he got worse, they stoped at a gas station and called 911, he was gone by the time they got to the hospital.
(end flash back.)

He lived right across the street from us, the thing is he walked across the street AND mailed his mail while comeing over! Uncle died of a big heart attack.
I couldn't stop crying when I found out he died.

I am so sorry Blackfoot, the same thing happened to my brother last month. He was on his way to work when he had a massive heart attack. I don't know if it will make you feel any better, but I thank God it was quick. He didn't suffer as my father did, from cancer.

If you want to talk anytime, I'll be here. Love and hugs to you and your family, I know you will be in need of them now.

Hey Blackfoot I'm so sorry to hear about your uncle. My grandma passed away when I was 9. She was always very sick and she had gone through breast cancer and a kidney transplant. She had a heart attack one day at dialysis and passed on that night. I know where you are coming from, and just know it's alright to cry (I'm sure you have heard that before) There are still times when it just hits me and I loose and wish she was still here with me even though it was six years ago. I saw a mother's day card the other day that would have been perfect for her and I about cried right in the middle of Hallmark. It will take some time to get through the really hard sympathies and it sometimes helps to talk about it or even just sit in your room and cry out all that you are feeling. Once again I am so sorry and my deepest sympathies to you and your family. :(

I'm really sorry to hear that blackfoot, i know how it feels as well. a year ago my grandad died of a massive heart attack, and 2 months ago my uncle had one as well. I'm here if u need to talk just let me know, ok. It usually helps if i talk about it, and on both occasions i was very thankfull for a friend who stood by me, and just listened. so i'm here to listen if you want to talk.
