just marvelling away here at how you never see what's in plain view without being given eyes to see it i would read the verse Jas 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. and be thinking, right better not get too friendly with all those sinners out there LOL! and never even notice Luk 7:34 The Son of Man has come eating and drinking, and you say, Behold, a man, a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners. /shakes head in stunned amazement at my own outstanding blind hypocrisy!! talk about blind pharisee me, talk about the deceitfulness of sin within, the error of the wicked within, i was as friendly with the world within, the body of this death, as i could possibly be, a servant of sin within, a friend of the inward world of sin, the chief of sinners ruling the roost!! anyway Lord willing we will never again whilst in this body of death stop looking inside for enemy activity and applying a little fiery justice to their behinds. 1Co 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. it's like getting out of prison, it sure feels good to breathe some free air again that widow who put in the two mites was a wise lady, imagine if she'd only put in the first mite.... eeeek, on second thoughts don't imagine that!!! just put in the second mite. i (man of sin within) was the blindest pharisee hypocrite that ever marred the perfect image, and Christ was in me the whole time, and i knew Him not, the seed of the woman predestined of ALMIGHTY GOD to annihilate the seed of the serpent. keep on keeping on until you look behind you and see the voice of the Lord that laid down His life for YOU! fear not, only believe all things are possible to Him in you that believes, and that blind hypocrite in us CANNOT go the distance, the man of sin will try to hang on you every dirty little sin he ever committed in your body, you'll be crucified with Christ and raised to newness of life and that man of sin will take seven kinds of fiery justice till all you see is a smouldering ash heap. and the Son of man wiping the dust from his feet. Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. Rom 6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Rom 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? Rom 6:17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. God be thanked INDEED!! the doctrine of Christ is alive and powerful!! 2Th 3:2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith. 2Th 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. 2Th 3:4 And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you. 2Th 3:5 And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ. 2Th 3:5 And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ. f |
