He Made Him Sin And In Him Is No Sin

Hello,

This is my first post. I am not new person, I have known IWWB for three years. I don't use post very often. My name is Brett and am deaf person.

Can you help me with these scriptures for me? It is about "who made Him sin" and "in Him is no sin". See the verses:

2Co 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

I understand "who knew no sin" is like He never acted of sin like lied, steal, etc. but He had sin in Him so he could died for us. Now next verse:

1Jn 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

Is that mean He is no more flesh, His flesh is gone and no sin in Him?

I tried to find IWWB about 1 John 3:5 in 'search' but couldn't not find it. If they do have in site, do you know where I find it?

Thanks!

Hi Brett

if i wanted to understand

2Co 5:21 For he hath made him [to be] sin for us...

i would compare with these following verses, thinking about how Christ is formed in us, we are that sin He is born into, that iniquity in which He is shapen, that woman under the law is ME!!! (Christ is all)

Psa 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Gal 4:4 But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,

and if i wanted to understand

1Jn 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

i would look to

Joh 14:10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

Mat 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

############################################

or to answer from another perspective

how can Christ be made sin?!?!, look at His body, me/Him

how can His body be made the righteousness of God in Him?!?!, look at the Head, Him / me , and moreover our Father.

if we see only Him or only us it seems impossible, how can these two be reconciled?

but what if God makes no such distinction in Christ, in Christ

Joh 14:20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

creating from the two (ye in me, and i in you) "one new man"

Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

2Co 1:20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

#############################################

i have no wish to be considered separate from Christ, and He has no wish to be considered separate from me

like He says here

Act 22:8 And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest.

heck if We cast enough of these old stones down pretty soon there wont be one left standing upon another and we will be a new temple

if We see enough contrary imaginations cast down we will see a new mind also

2Pe 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

with God all things are possible so we must see ourselves united with and in Christ, if we cant see Him in a sinful man suffering and dying and being brought to life then perhaps we cant see Him at all

we must see Him in us AND us in Him, first AND last

it reminds me of that verse

Joh 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?

He has been suffering and dying in me so long, teaching and healing so long, being raised to newness of life and yet i knew Him not.

with regard to who is Christ and where is He currently being perfected

Gen 28:16 And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not.

f,

Thank you for the reply. I understand you pretty good, I read your post 5 to 6 times to understand. I appreciate your share.

Do you or anyone know where I can find 1 John 3:5 "in him is no sin" meaning anywere in IWWB site? Or am I right about after Jesus' dead and now no more sin in Him because His flesh is gone? Know what I mean?

Thanks again!
