Well, Lidl, that fine purveyor of fruit, veg and questionable European items has now got an electrical section. And, contrary to common belief, it may be pretty useful. They now have in stock a digital voice recorder, perfect for PA, at the cheapo price of £25. It's made by Olympus (of digital camera fame) and goes through a built in USB. It holds up to 17 hours of recording at it's best level and is easy to edit away anything that goes wrong. I still have £80 of birthday cash (spent £40 on a catfish called Herman), so if you lot agree it could make PA even more easy (read: possible) I might just get it... |
