You know those ideas that sound great at half 3 in the morning after a galss or two of Ros'e (or cider for Con)? Here's a few I had for Movies and TV Shows: Sphagnum P.I. Basically Magnum P.I. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnum_P.I.), but with the key difference that everyone's favourite Hawaii cop is a piece of anthropomorphic Sphagnum Moss. Although he is a clump of macro-algae, Sphagnum can talk and all the girls fancy him, especially new recruit Charlie Dimmock out of Ground Force, whose Catchphrase is "I really dig you, Sphagnum". Sadly, in the season finale, Sphagnum gets eaten by a reideer. However, this turns out to be a stunt double, and Sphagnum himself settles down with Charlie in a lovely wild-flower garden in East Anglia. Cat the Bounty Hunter In a spin-off from Bravo's hit reality-crime show, Dog is replaced by The Cat out of Red Dwarf, who, assisted by the rest of the crew, must track down the most elusive criminals in America. As it too is set in Hawaii, a crossover with Sphagnum may by possible. Lake Placid 3: Revenge of Steve Irwin When giant crocodiles strike, Australia resurects Steve Irwin using DNA found on the barb of a stingray. The Croc Hunter then tackles natures biggest beasties in a one on one series of wrestling matches. As Steves serious, scientific narration may get a bit heavy, comic relief is supplied when a huge crocodillian mauls Steve's daughter to death in hideous Ultra-Gore 3D. Anyone else got any? |
