take rice flour and coat chicken in it. Put in baking dish. Cook for about 45 mins covered. Uncover the chicken and let it contine cooking till the rice flour makes a nice crust and is golden. Tastes just like fried chicken! |

You can do the same thing with potato starch. You can try it with ground almonds too. |
