What is the thanks for? :ha So I am in the quinoa-phase... I know it for a longer time but only reacently asked at "that forum" if somebody knows how to prepare it... so the secret is washwashwash... 5 times if possible or leave 15 min. in water than prepare it like rice 1-2 quinoa/water and if you ask me - put in any spices you like. I like curry, turmenic, curcum (is that the same?) and cayenne-pepper, but instant-soup-powder will also do. That makes a healthy, easy to prepare side-dish that is full of protein. google on quinoa and you will find an interesting web-site with lots of information. Be'Teavon Rivka |
