here are two and I just have to find the two others- Oat Pancakes 1 cup oatflour 1/3 cup rolled oats 1T brown sugar 1t baking soda 1/4 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 1 egg (substitute)- we sub with either 1/4 cup apple sauce or a mashed banana. 1 cup milk (substitute -oatmilk worked great for us. My friend uses rice or soy milk and it comes out yum too!) 2T oil 2t lemon juice or vinegar Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients - combine wet and dry and cook in a nonstick skillet (no oil required in pan) Oatmeal Banana cookies 1 cup butter/margarine 2 2/12 cups oat flour 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 2 mashed bananas 1 t vanilla 1/2 t baking soda 1/4 t baking powder 1/2 t salt 1 cup rolled Oats Cream butter and sugars, add banana. Mix together flour, oats, soda, salt, baking powder and add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. drop by spoonfuls, bake at 375. Also good I hear with choc. chips in them. |

These do sound good. I'll have to try them between now and Pesach. Just wondering. Is corn, and cornflour, problematic for alergies as well. If not, do you have recipes for cornflour useage as well? thanks |
