Le;ts hear what your plans are. I don't have a plan yet, but usually turn over 1-2 days b4 Pesah as we aren't home for the 1st part of Yom Tov. |

This year we have an interesting setup. My parents are in a very small rental house now until their new house is renovated. They want to spend pesach with us so they will kasher their kitchen in that house and do all the cooking and bring the stuff to me. I plan to have my kitchen turned over on the sunday b4 pesach and they can do any last minute stuff here. I have no pesach dishes or anything and after hosting and cooking my parents & brother for rosh hashana and all of succos (when dd was a 1 month old) , I know how hard it is and can't handle it on top of all the cleaning. With 3 little ones I am cleaning whenever they are napping or sleeping and I can't imagine cooking too! |

I ususally turn over the kitchen the Sunday before Pesach, but we move a minimal chometz set up down to the basement! We've got a sink and a spare fridge down there and a table. So, we move the toaster oven and microwave down there and then we can continue eating chometz while the kitchen upstairs is Pesachdik. |

food will be pesadik. Challah will be eatten on a disposable table cloth and than thrown away asap. I will make plates (on paper) in the kitchen and bring them into the dining room just to be extra careful. |

The yeshuv has one day they kasher utincils. That's the day I turn over, so I don't really know the exact day but expect it will be after the last Shabbat before Pesach. |
