Hi! My sil is visiting here. I know this is a silly question the week before Pesach, but here goes. She is expecting, beH, and has GD. I'd like to make her some challah for Shabbos. She needs whole wheat and basically no sugar. Anyone have any good recipes for me to try? Thanx |

sorry, I don't have- I just eat the bare min (thats what my rav said) of reg. challah and try to stay away from other carbs... just tastes of other things. Oh, and I am make a point of either going for a walk after dinner OR doing my stairs a few times (thats what my frum dietician suggested). something I do do when I am preg. with the GD is make the challah with splenda. |
