We had 'Chinese' chicken and veggies tonight (cubed chick breast, sauted with diced peppers and onion, add can of pineapple, sauce from ketchup, sugar, vinegar and potato starch, toss in bag of 'Oriental' frozen veggies.). Tomorrow we are having meatballs or meatloaf.
