Zusha doesn't like to sit on his potty without a diaper bec he feels uncomfy to have his tushy in the hole without support. Diaper gives padding, so like that he's fine. He's basically trained, except that he doesn't take his pants off. What do I do?

I can see a problem in this situation........

How about a padded toilet cover? Worked for dd.

We use a potty, not the toilet, so not really a solution. I want it to be accessable to him any time, but the bathroom is off limits unless he's with an adult. So we use a potty, but no padding there.
I know there's a potty by Graco that has a soft seat, but it's over $30 and if he doesn't go for it... yikes. :money :money :money

my tiny 2 year old prefers a padded toilet seat on the toilet, as far as he is concerned a potty is something you put on your head and then mommy runs after you screaming!!

one of my sons stands, but he only learned that one once he was fully trained. The others are too short to reach! and one is not trained in any real meaningful way!
