what do you ppl make (for yourselves or others) that tastes good?

Do u skip carrots in your chicken soup? or any other veggies?

What side dishes go well with everybody, not only the diabetic person?

I didn't skip the veggies but I did put in zucchinis. carrots didn't bother my blood sugar. I made veggie kugels, mashed cauliflower (huge fav in our house!!), salads. I also made rice, pasta, or potatoes cause I still needed some carbs.
