Not at all - fingers off sweet and low! lock at what it states at the back (if it is the same brand as in Israel it should be 97% Dextrose) please use Fruktose that you can obtain in a health-shop.

I think you cannot cook with sweet and low or equal. Splenda is the only one you can bake with.

the raw batter would taste fine until it's baked, b/c sweet & low is destroyed by heat. (BTW, you do know you shouldn't taste anything with raw egg in it because of the risk of salmonella, right?)

I do.
But I'm also addicted to liking my fingers (no, I don't stick them back into food, don't worry)

I'll try it and report the outcome.

oh boy. for sweet n low you have to be really careful. most things don't come out the same. i'd google sweet n low recipes or just uyse splenda. i use splenda cuz nutrasweet, equal, sweetnlow, etc give me migraines.

do u know why they give you migranes?

In any case, I plucked some courage and tried it. It could have been worse, but it most definitely could have been loads better.

Oh, well. Next time.

i don't know why. it's unfortunate since my mother has type 1 diabetes. so i can't drink diet soda, have sugarfree candy, icecram, etc unless it's made with splenda.
