I used to use Baby Fresh (I think that's Pampers' brand) on my kids. It was nice and thick. Now I use whatever my "kids'" mothers pack. Some use Kirkland which I find too thin, so I use 2 at a time. I use Target Kids Wipes- flushable ones for the bathroom. Sometimes we use Cottonelle. They are both good. |

i like pampers best, but i use whatevers on sale. recently there was a sale for an off brand 3 for 10 shekel, its a cheap type, but they work and if i need a few at a time, i dont feel guilty. Here i dont think you can get pampers wipes, so i like huggies best here. |

:D or anything on sale i like pampers and huggies, but they are usually so much more expensive, and b'h ds doesn't get a rash from the store brand diapers on the other hand - only pampers or huggies |

I only buy on sale. Store brands that are worth anything at all are just a few cent cheaper than the name brands at full price. But the name brands have much bigger sales. I never pay more tha $2 a box. $2.50 in an emergency. |

Costco because they are so much cheaper. Question: Why can't you use certain wipes on Shabbos? |

We use Costco (yup, there is a big costco store only about 15 mins away from our house here in London...) or Johnsons or Pampers |

avivas ima, it has to do with squeezing. I odnt understand it fully, but ppl say that yu end up squeezing the wipes. Some say if you squeeze them before shabbos, its fine, others use the less saturated ones and some dot use any at all. I find that johnsons makes a baby oil spray that works well. you spray the kid and wipe 'em off |

The Huggies are connected, and you can't rip them apart on Shabbos. |

thats the reason i know of for not using huggies on Shabbo. I never heard abt the squeezing issue..intresting.I would think that if you just use it to wipe than it is ok..i don't squeeze them to begin w/. |

I use the Costco brand (Kirkland). They're the best. Huggies I thought were too rough. Kirkland are great because they're soft, well moistened and unscented for delicate tushies. You'd think I have stock for Costco :D Sharon |

I have a friend who asked a shaila when she had her first child about using wipes. Her (Lubavitch) Rav said no to using them. She uses that peri bottle u get after having a baby and I think she uses a tissue to wipe everything off at the end. 16 years later, she still does the same thing. I buy wipes from Sam's Club. You get like 9 packs in one box. I love stocking up on stuff. Last time I went, I bought two boxes. |
