My 3-year-old is learning how Hashem is in charge and created the world and everything comes from Hashem, etc. THe only thing is that he is taking it a touch far and today took something that he shouldn't have off the table and said "Hashem made me do it!" Any advice on how to handle this? |

Explain that Hashem gave us free will and never, ever makes people do things? |

I would tell him that yes Hashem does make us do things, but when we do something like that Hashem is looking to see how special we are. When we hide behind the statement that "Hashem made me do it" He may include in His will that you get punished as well because you didn't resist it. Resisting something you know is against the rules is Hashem's gift of free will to us. One of the most precious gifts we were given by Him. |

I remember my siblings telling my parents that they didnt color on the wall their hand did. I guess then you can tel the kid to control their hand, this is trickier, dont know what I would do... Good luck |

Smart kid. He's bright enough to get to know his nefesh behamis and yetzer hara so he can bring the blame closer to the real cause. |
