How do you juggle both? Hallie has been sick all week that she's been home from and school. No big deal except for that she wants to do projects and color and stuff (with me) and I have no idea what to do with Ari.

I can't rely on him napping,
We keep the crayons in the dining room because otherwise he'll eat them
He can't crawl around that room, he'll get hurt
He won't sit in the playpen or highchair long enough to satisfy dd.

More of a vent than a prolem solving thing. My house set up is difficult for babygates there isn't much I can do to keep them both happy if she wants to do a project. Anything else is easy.

It is extremely extremely hard! bighug! i think you just have to live through it cuz there isn't much to do... :(
My hardest was when my 2 year old was sick, I had a few month old baby and had a preschooler on top of that who I felt like I was ignoring.
Try to get some alone time so you dont crash!

It's VERY hard, sometimes I think one of us will end up flying out the window :D
A few weeks ago the three of us were sick, my maid called in sick (on a monday, after 3 days of no laundry and serious cleaning). After we finally got them to bed I went down to grab a slice of pizza and dh asked me if that was all I was having for dinner. I tld him that was actually my breakfast :crazy
And right now David is going through a second jealousy phase so I cannot leave them alone for a second or Aaron gets kickied/pushed/kicked

That is hard. I can't leave Hallie alone with Ari either.. she "loves" him too much and will hug and squeeze him until he squeals out. I'm glad he isn't a delicate baby anymore and he can take it. I'd be in trouble otherwise!

Anyway, dh is home now so we can divide and conquer! :)
