I'm a sucker for kids' graduations. I love watching them perform for the parents. Ds#2 didn't want to sit in his chair, so he sang his songs from the floor. It was too cute. :D |

I loved how some of the siblings walked around and watched from up close. They were so cute! |

Oh, that reminded me... did you bring younger siblings to graduation? I sorta feel like I want it to be dd's special time and ds would just be "in the way." But I'm sure he would enjoy seeing it, and maybe dd would like to "show off" her younger bro. The "invitation" said that mothers and grandmothers are invited. (I guess the teachers are going to be singing along or something, so that's why men aren't invited) |

I brought my son and my nephew. Also, my mom and both my ILs were there to help out. Hallie loved having the extra cheering squad and loved showing them off. But it was definitely about her, not them. There were a lot of siblings there, and none of them "behaved". (they behaved perfectly like 1 and 2 year olds, but they were not quiet!!) I'd ask before you bring younger siblings. They may not want them there for a reason. For us, children were more than welcome. Even screamers! |

Dh went to a few graduations. I wouldn't say that the teachers were singing. They were coaching the kids along. I'm glad that fathers are invited. They also want to see their kids perform. At the major graduations (8th, 12th), there is separate seating b/c it's more formal. |

I know, I do feel bad that dh can't be there. I'll video it though (hope the teachers don't mind). I told dd to ask her teacher if her brother could come so she said "Ok, I'll ask if little boys can come to the gradulation" |
