Totally not sure as to what dish will be served what day, but here is what I am thinking of.

Soups:
Chicken Soup
Beef and Vegetable Soup

Challahs:
Making 12 challahs this Sunday

Chickens:
Roasted Tarragon Chicken
Honey Mustard Schnitzel
Maple Glazed Chicken with Root Veggies

Meat:
Chuck Roast
Brisket
Possibly a cholent or a stew for shabbos

Fish:
Fried Tilapia
Gefilte Fish Loaf
Salmon and Spinach in Puff Pastry

Salads:
Green Salad
Asian Cole Slaw
Corn Salad
Cucumber Salad
Tomato Basil Salad
Avocado

Starchy Sides:
Basmati Rice Dish
Kasha
Israeli Couscous with cinnamon and pinenuts
Spinach Noodle Kugel (maybe)
Onion Mushroom Noodle Kugel

Veggie Sides:
Asparagus
Garlicky Green Beans
Broccoli

Desserts:
Apple/Pear Cobbler with pareve whip or tofutti
Brownies
Pecan Pie

Desserts (I decided not to go too heavy on the desserts b/c shul ends late and noone will be in the mood after a full meal.)

May I refer your family to my siggie? :blink:

Truth is I've actually skipped dessert on a few Friday nights this summer :o - it was scary, but I survived!

I am struggling with desserts, what kind of yummy things dont have chocolate or peanut butter in them???

I didn't say I wasn't making dessert. Just not very heavy ones. It goes without saying that there's always room for dessert. :)

No idea. I've never made them before. The recipe is from KBD SOT p208. If you want the recipe, let me know.

they are really good! i am trying to avoid certain foods that may be bothering me and for now I am keeping away from green beans but it is a delicious recipe!

i'm not a green beans person.  i've made that recipe- they are easy, and from what the eaters told me, they were good.

Green beans are a necessity in my house. I usually make them with sauteed onions and mushrooms. But this recipe has honey, which is great for RH.
