Going to my parents for Shabbos lunch but otherwise have:

Challah
Chicken soup
matzo balls
roast with potatoes and sweet potatoes
cucumber salad

salmon
chicken & rice in puff pastry

meatballs ? (in freezer now so we can have if we feel like it)

frozen lemon cake
chocolate cream filled thumbprint cookies

just finished half my preps-
made 2 p.b. chocolate cakes, no good :tantrum tossed and made 2 new marble cakes
chatzilim
olive dip
potato salad
soup
grilled veggies on george forman
still need todo tomorrow-
salad dressing
avocado dip
fish
cholent
chicken
sweet potato pie
if time- carrot or oatmeal muffins

Got in the mood to do something different this year, & found a few new recipes on the internet..
Root Vegetables with a Rosemary Biscuit Topping from Epicurious.com
and found another recipe in a cookbook Vegetable souffle made jelly roll style with mushrooms sauteed with onions & tofutti cream cheese & sour cream added..
Both came out yum!:sun2
