I never heard about meat, but we don't eat fish for the 2nd seuda because fish makes you thirsty.

That's what I heard too.

Also about meat - I heard that meat represents din-judgment, maybe that's why it shouldn't be eaten. (And dough represents rachamim-mercy, which is the idea of kreplach - to cover the judgment with mercy.)

why are u planning out 2 big meals?
can the 1st one be dairy- does it have to be with challah?

challah (maybe homemade, but since i have only made the soup, prob not)

some sort of chicken cutlet or real chicken have yet to be decided (hmm, less than 24 hours to decide) I have cutlets in the freezer and would need 2.5 chickens to be able to serve for the breaking the fast meal too, so ithink it will be cutlets
sweet lukshen kugel (went to the supermarket twice and forgot to get the lukshen)

Second meal (just before the fast)
Stuffed Grape leaves

Grapes, if I can get

After the fast:
Gefelta Fish
Fruit
Challah
Remaining pasta/rice

Second seuda (Seuda Hamafsekes):

challah
chicken soup with kreplach
mushroom rice
lemon-pepper chicken

After the fast:

cake
juice
leftover erev YK seuda food for the post YK seuda
