no clue - but you are right, flylady is a good option esp if you find her deep cleaning list for each room!

I pm'ed you with a suggestion.
But, what I do is just to walk slowly around the kitchen and check that I cleaned each part. For example, I'll start at the doorway, and on my left are the pantry cupboards - I'll check that I cleaned the top and bottom parts of each cupboard. Then I get to the bookcase - clear off the cookbooks, check and wipe down the rest (I usually just dump the complete contents, minus phone and radio, into a box to be put with the chametz). Free-standing pantry - same thing: put away, close up bottom, wipe down shelves.
In the cooking part of the kitchen, I'll check in, behind and on-top of the fridge, and then do each cupboard in turn - first the wall cupboards, then the bottom ones, and finally the countertop.
Of course, I don't do it all in one day (not with the state my kitchen usually is) but that's my final checklist - I know what I've done already (and if I'm in the middle, and can't think what to do next, I just look around the room the same way, and pick something to clean). I tend to do the insides first, then the outsides of cupboards, then the countertops, clearing them off as I go. Sink is cleaned after the countertops, and the floors are last, including behind anything I need to get behind.
Of course, reading this over, I wonder if it's just a confusing mess, but maybe it will help you break it down?
