snack beginning with letter E; need help!

ds has to bring in a snack that starts with the same letter as his name. it can't be homemade. i am totally stuck. (of course eggs come to mind but not possible)

any ideas? otherwise i'll go with the first letter of our last name...

There are candies shaped as eggs. Also at Eastertime they sell chocolate eggs (only good if you are not CY and can still get them).

I got one that is CY!!

How about Edam cheese, which I'm pretty sure you can get cholov yisroel.
If it doesn't have to be pas yisroel, then it could be edam on English Muffins (I'm not sure if they are available parev)
Or, eggplant dip?
