Its hot, and there is no reason to warm up the house even more than it already is! Lets share our favorite BBQ recipes!

I will start... pizza on the grill. I prepared the dough like normal. I throw the shells on the top wrack of the grill and let it start to cook. Than I throw the toppings on. You can use anything. I toped it with chopped toffuti cheese and left it in until everything was all melted and gooey. Big hit!

Hawaiian chicken k'bob

Cube the following:
chicken
pepper
onion
zucchini
pineapple (buy chunks)

stick on a stick and BBQ with a shmear of teriyaki or soy sauce and the pineapple juice from the can. You can add BBQ sauce too.. but I see no reason to. If you can, add a pineapple in between EACH item bc it just tastes better that way bc of the juices.

we do alot of fish on the grill using the foil packet method
we also do alot of veggies with balsamic vinegar
chicken with italian dressing or with a dry herb rub
we also do a filipino beef dish that uses soy, lemon juice, 7up/sprice, seasonings
