Any recommendations to sites where you have made them? So far, I have used Black's and have been pretty happy. It's not so user friendly but once you figure it out and play around with it, it's pretty good. Plus, there is a soft cover option so it's much cheaper.

This scrapbook program looks good...they have a free 30 day trial software.

If you go to the Picaboo Scrapbooking Idea Center, you can see how people use these photobooks. It can be a fun artsy way of organizing photos or a great gift for someone special.

I once downloaded creative memories, but I wasn't that impressed with it. Luckily there are many options.

SM, she can still use that site to print out her book. Picaboo allows you to use different software, and at 50% ... it's really a bargain :) .

You didn't download additional pages, so you were dealing with the basic software. And since I get a discount, it comes out cheaper than Picaboo. Besides, I like CM's quality. The storybooks are stitched instead of glued together.

Good point - stitched versus glued.

Realeez, do you know if Black's stitches or glues their pages?

Although the Picaboo program seems impressive, I'm finding that it's really slow to load. Oh well.

I know Shutterfly lets you upload your own pages for photobooks. Do other companies allow that, or do you have to use their preset themes?

Daisy, every site is different. With Picaboo or Black's, you can do either - but with Photolab, it's only the preset themes.
