My zucchini plants are finally starting to sprout some blossoms. I am not going to pick them cause I need them now to fertilize the plants. However after we start getting a good crop of zucchinis coming I am going to try and use them. I heard they are SO good. Anyone have a good recipe thats tried and true? |

Any kind of recipe in mind? I eat zucchini with almost every meal. I add it to stew or stir frys, I bbq them.. I have made a zucchini quiche before, I think I got the recipe here, if not I can get that to you, but I can't remember your allergins. It does contain mayo & eggs.. so may be scratch that.... I like to stir fry zucc with teriyaki sauce until they are translucent. Zucc. can disappear when you cook it so you need to make sure you don't over do it. However, an undercooked zucc can be bitter. You can also just add garlic powder, or sauce... or anything you like. |

Try THESE. Some of the recipes have eggs or cheese, but you might be able to find something you can use. |
