So, I will start it :)

For me my number one thing is my immersion blender. I can not live without it. I use it SOOOOOOOOO often I have burned through 2 reg. fleish ones and just got a new one sunday. I was in the middle of blending something and thank G-d dh was already at the store.

Didn't we have this once. Mine remains forever my Pesadik salad shooter. I make salad, do potatoes and onions for kugel, other veg for quiche, nuts, apples and pears for charoset, eggs and chrein.

They don't sell them in Israel any more so I don't have an every day one.
